Requests are handled during working hours.
Weekends and holidays: we only intervene in urgent situations (e.g.: the property is not visible on Booking.com, overbooking, technical issues, or other situations that may affect bookings).
Communication Methods

Payment Methods
Subscription payment is made monthly, via bank transfer or other payment methods provided by SHINE by LG.
The tax invoice is issued according to current legislation.

Payment Deadline
The subscription must be settled by the 15th of each month.
In case of delay, the client will receive a payment notification.
If payment is not made by the end of the month, services may be suspended and, starting from the 1st of the following month, the collaboration may be terminated as per contract.
The collaboration begins after:
β choosing the service package;
β signing the collaboration contract;
β granting necessary access to the Booking.com platform.

All information and data provided during the collaboration are treated confidentially and used exclusively for the provision of contracted services.
