Working hours

🕘 Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00

Requests are handled during working hours.

Weekends and public holidays: we only intervene in urgent situations (e.g.: property is not visible on Booking.com, overbooking, technical issues, or other situations that may affect reservations).

Communication methods

📧 Email – for administrative requests and documents.

💬 WhatsApp – for quick communication and updates.

📞 Phone – only for urgent situations or pre-arranged discussions.

Payment method

The subscription fee is paid monthly, via bank transfer or other payment methods provided by SHINE by LG.

The invoice is issued according to the current legislation.

Payment term

The subscription must be paid by the 15th of each month.

In case of delay, the client will receive a payment notification.

If payment is not made by the end of the month, services may be suspended, and starting from the 1st of the following month, the collaboration may be terminated according to the contract.

Collaboration begins after:

✔ choosing the service package;

✔ signing the collaboration contract;

✔ granting necessary access on the Booking.com platform.

Confidentiality

All information and data provided during the collaboration are treated confidentially and used exclusively for the provision of contracted services.
