Service Delivery Policy
Service Delivery
The services offered by SHINE by L.G. are professional services provided exclusively in digital and online format, without the delivery of physical products.
After order confirmation, acceptance of contractual documents, and payment registration, the SHINE by LG team will initiate the setup and activation process for the contracted services.
Service activation usually occurs within a maximum of one (1) working day after all necessary conditions are met. In cases where additional information or access to platforms managed by the Partner is required, the deadline may be extended, but will not exceed five (5) working days, with prior notice to the Partner.
Service provision begins immediately after the completion of the initial setup and confirmation of account activation.
All services are provided exclusively through electronic means and remotely, without the presence of SHINE by LG representatives at the Partner's premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Services
The partner may request the termination of the collaboration at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the Collaboration Agreement entered into by the parties.
The termination request must be sent in writing to the official email address of SHINE by L.G. and will be reviewed according to the applicable contractual conditions.
The termination of the collaboration takes effect according to the terms and conditions set forth in the contract, without prejudice to the payment obligations related to services already provided or invoices already issued.
Refund of payments
The services provided by SHINE by L.G. represent customized professional services, delivered based on the needs of each Partner.
After the commencement of service delivery, the amounts paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, as the services are performed in an individual and personalized manner.
In the event that a payment was made in error, recorded twice, or there is a justified situation regarding the transaction, the Partner may send a request for analysis to the email address of SHINE by LG.

The provision of services begins immediately after the completion of the initial configuration and confirmation of account activation.
All services are provided exclusively through electronic means and remotely, without the presence of SHINE by LG representatives at the Partner's location, unless different written arrangements have been agreed upon by the parties.

In case a payment was made by mistake, recorded twice, or there is a justified situation regarding the transaction, the Partner can send a request for analysis to the email address of SHINE by L.G.
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method with which the transaction was made, in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
